Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Machine Operator I for the Ditch Witch division in Perry, OK. The role involves operating multiple production machines, assembling components, and maintaining production records in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Familiar with basic mechanical repair and assembly tools including wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers.
• Reading, clerical, and basic math skills including written instructions, production records, sums, differences, and fractions.
• Experience or training in welding, machining, mechanical repair, or metalworking machinery operation is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate production equipment while monitoring performance and ensuring proper sequence.
• Set up fixtures, mount parts in fixtures/components, and perform mechanical assembly using hand and air tools.
• Use a computer to check location, inventory, and routing of parts and maintain production records.
• May read information from blueprints.
