Overview

Function as a urethane pouring machine operator, pouring in multiple types of molds and selecting the proper molds to be poured.

Key Responsibilities

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Use urethane pouring machine to fill molds.
• Perform mathematical calculations necessary for layout of shapes.
• Complete necessary forms (e.g., job orders and time cards).
• Install templates and set up for producing parts in the most economical manner.
• Load and unload materials from racks, utilizing assistance when necessary.
• Operate presses, forklifts, furnaces, power tools, sand blasters, and make minor repairs and adjustments to equipment.
• Work from blueprints, sketches, and oral instructions to plan and lay out work to ensure accuracy to tolerances.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly workspace.

Experience

• High School Diploma required.
• At least 3 years of experience in pipeline equipment manufacturing or related roles.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to lift heavy objects in compliance with TDW safety regulations.
