Qualifications
Education and Experience
One to three months of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to follow written or verbal instructions.
- Knowledge of machinery and measurement tools.
- Understanding of production procedures.
- Ability to read tape measures, blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
- Strong analytical skills and basic mathematical ability.
- Attention to detail.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
Work Environment
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Wearing proper PPE is required.
- Exposure to varying temperatures, loud noises, dust, fumes, and heavy traffic is expected.
- This is a safety-sensitive role subject to drug and alcohol testing.
