Starting Pay: $18.75 per hour

Additional $1.50 shift differential from 3 pm -- 6 am

Shift: 1st

Hours: 5:45am - 5:45pm

• Ability to operate machinery safely with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., including bending, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stand and walk on concrete for extended periods
• Comfortable working in cold and hot temperatures
• Basic math skills and ability to follow production specifications
• Ability to relay information effectively across all employee levels
• Flexibility to work overtime or weekend shifts as needed
• Successful candidates will undergo a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment with simple functions
• Set up and pre-run equipment to ensure proper startup
• Control line speeds, batch formulas, and production rates; start and stop equipment; ensure product quality and safety
• Perform quality checks regularly
• Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as bump caps, safety glasses, ear plugs, hair and beard nets, gloves, and safety shoes or boots
• Complete required paperwork, including downtime and HACCP reports, using SAP and SOPs
• Maintain professional conduct aligning with company values and policies
