Job summary

The AZEK Group LLC is seeking a production operator to operate and monitor manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced environment. You will perform quality checks, maintain machines, and document production data to ensure adherence to specifications.

Ideal candidates can lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and demonstrate strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and effective communication within a team-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Machine Operator in manufacturing is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and quality in production.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery: set up, run, and monitor to meet specifications.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and adjust as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines (cleaning, lubrication, minor troubleshooting).
• Follow safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Accurately record production data (materials used, products produced, issues).
• Collaborate with team and supervisors to hit production goals.

Job description

· Operate Machinery: Set up, operate, and monitor machines to produce products according to specifications.

· Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and make adjustments as needed.

· Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and minor troubleshooting.

· Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

· Documentation: Accurately record production data, including materials used, products produced, and any issues encountered.

· Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and resolve any production challenges.

Qualifications

· Experience: Prior experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.

· Technical Skills: Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to understand machine operations and troubleshooting.

· Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.

· Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality in production.

· Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication abilities.

· Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
