Swagelok in Solon, OH, is seeking a Level III Machine Operator to produce fluid‑system components with stringent quality. The role requires hands-on machining, independent problem solving, and strong safety standards in a modern, temperature-controlled plant.
You will operate and changeover equipment, read blueprints, and use precision gauges while contributing to continuous improvement. Training is provided within a comprehensive rewards program and 24/7 shift coverage.

Shift: 24/7 days (6am - 6pm) - 5:45 am - 6:00 pm (24/7)
The pay range for this position is $24.50-$34.30 per hour, along with additional compensation through overtime and a 10% shift differential when working an off‑shift. If you’re offered a position with Swagelok, the hourly rate offered will be determined by your skills, experience, and additional qualifications needed for the role.

As a Level III Machine Operator, you'll be a key member of our manufacturing team, producing fluid‑system components that meet the highest quality standards. This role is ideal for an experienced machinist with proven ability working independently, troubleshooting equipment and processes, and performing machine changeovers while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
You’ll have the opportunity to use your expertise every day while continuously expanding your technical knowledge with exposure and experience working on a variety of machines in a clean, safe, modern, temperature‑controlled manufacturing environment. You’ll be provided all the tools and gauges necessary to be successful in your role.
