Carr Lane Manufacturing Co. in Elgin, TX is seeking a Machine Operator to set up and operate Hone production equipment, following standard concepts, practices, and procedures to meet productivity and quality goals.

You will perform daily machine setups, read drawings, and use tooling and programs to maintain tolerances, collaborating with the team to keep production schedules on track. This full-time role includes pre-employment drug testing and an ISO 9001-2015 environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be capable of reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English or Spanish.
• Strong attention to detail.

Job Summary

As a member of the Hone department, the Machine Operator is primarily responsible for the setup and operation of Hone production equipment using standard concepts, practices, and procedures. The Machine Operator is also responsible for minor operating modifications to ensure that productivity and quality goals are achieved. Works with others to ensure that production schedules are met.
