Job description

Fabricator – First Shift

The Fabricator is responsible for fabricating parts that produce Allegion’s security products. The role requires a fast‑paced, dynamic team environment with emphasis on quality, safety, and precision.

What You Will Do

• Set up and operate a variety of sheet‑metal working equipment to perform diversified sheet‑metal fabrication within established tolerance limits.
• Weld various types of metals and alloys in vertical, horizontal, and overhead positions for high‑pressure and strength requirements.
• Operate equipment safely in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), monitoring the process during production to ensure quality and accuracy while documenting operations.
• Verify that all operations have been inspected and completed before moving finished items to the next work cell.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment as instructed by preventative maintenance documentation.
• Execute routine tasks as directed and under close supervision.
• Assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed.
