You will work with experienced machinists, assist with setup, cleaning, and preventive maintenance on lathes, grinders, and CNC equipment, while keeping a clean, safe workspace and performing basic quality checks.

Qualifications

• MACHINE SHOP EXPERIENCE!
• Mechanical aptitude and a genuine desire to learn a technical trade.
• Basic familiarity with power tools is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials safely.
• Punctual, reliable, and committed to following safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist machinists with the setup, cleaning, and preventative maintenance of machinery, including lathes, grinders, and CNC equipment.
• Load and unload raw materials, and transport finished parts to various stations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
• Perform basic quality checks and inspect finished parts.
• Support the team with general shop labor as needed.
