Job summary

Oldcastle, a CRH company, is seeking a production operator to work under supervision in a manufacturing setting. You will operate equipment to convert raw materials into finished products, monitor quality, and assist with maintenance and setup tasks in a fast-paced plant environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of manufacturing experience, ability to lift up to 80 pounds, and strict adherence to PPE and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years experience in a manufacturing organization.
• Ability to wear PPE including hard hat, safety glasses, safety vest, ear protection.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and perform required physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to produce products from raw materials to yard stage.
• Inspect product quality according to standards.
• Assist in maintaining accurate production records.
• Monitor machinery and report malfunctions.
• Perform machine setup, cleaning, preventive maintenance, and job changes.
• Cross-train on other production tasks as needed.
