Nashville Display in Lebanon, TN is seeking a Machine Operator to operate and set up production equipment while building hands-on skills. Earn $18–$20/hour with potential to reach $22/hour after full training and enjoy time-and-a-half overtime with regular weekend opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on environment experience
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Experience using wrenches and basic hand tools
• Read blueprints and use measurements for positioning
• Learn machine operation and setup during training

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and monitor equipment for efficiency
• Set up machines for production runs and perform changeovers
• Use wrenches, screwdrivers, Allen wrenches and hand tools for adjustments
• Read blueprints and position components using measurements
• Adjust settings and distances per production requirements
• Perform basic machine programming and troubleshoot minor issues
• Remove finished parts and prepare for next stage
• Maintain an active hands-on presence around equipment
