Job Title: Machine Operator

Pay: $18+ with room to grow.

Shift: Night shift (6:30 PM - 6:45 AM) on a 2-2-3 schedule; Day shift (6:30 AM - 6:45 PM). Training on day shift required initially.

Responsibilities:

• Operate manufacturing equipment such as strip caster, rolling mill, and presses in a leaded environment
• Perform product changeovers and lead pot drossing
• Assist maintenance with routine tasks
• Conduct quality checks and documentation
• Operate forklift for material movement
• Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S procedures
• Adhere to safety rules and procedures
• Participate in group safety and productivity meetings
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Manufacturing experience required
• Forklift license preferred or ability to obtain one
• Strong team player with multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills
