Leggett & Platt is seeking a Machine Operator in Indiana to setup, operate, maintain, and clean production equipment including coilers and assemblers for quality coils. The role requires identifying non-conformances and stopping unsuitable processing, with a forklift license issued by the company.

Applicants should be at least 18 and able to pass the forklift test. Prior factory experience is a plus, aligning with our safety and efficiency values at our Gary-based facility.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must pass forklift test.
• Experience in a factory setting is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Setup, operate, maintain, and clean production equipment including coilers and assemblers to produce coils to quantity and quality specifications.
• Identify and stop further processing of non-conformances related to products, processes, or the quality system.
• Must have forklift license issued by Company.
