Job summary

Leggett & Platt, Incorporated is seeking a Machine Operator to set up, operate, maintain, and clean production equipment such as coilers and assemblers to meet quality specifications. The role requires ability to identify and halt non-conformances and pass a forklift test.

Qualifications include being 18 years or older and prior factory experience is a plus. This position is based in Indiana and involves working with bedding components production lines, under our safety and quality standards.

So, what will you be doing as a Machine Operator?

Setup, operate, maintain, and clean production equipment including coilers and assemblers to produce comfort core coils to quantity and quality specifications. Will identify and stop further processing of non-conformances related to products, processes, or the quality system. Must have fork lift license issued by Company.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Must be 18 years of age.

Must be able to pass company given forklift test.
