Leggett & Platt is seeking a Machine Operator in Indiana to setup, operate, maintain, and clean production equipment including coilers and assemblers for quality coils. The role requires identifying non-conformances and stopping unsuitable processing, with a forklift license issued by the company.
Applicants should be at least 18 and able to pass the forklift test. Prior factory experience is a plus, aligning with our safety and efficiency values at our Gary-based facility.

Setup, operate, maintain, and clean production equipment including coilers and assemblers to produce comfort core coils to quantity and quality specifications. Will identify and stop further processing of non-conformances related to products, processes, or the quality system. Must have fork lift license issued by Company.
Must be 18 years of age.
Must be able to pass company given forklift test.
