Job summary

Miconestaffing is seeking dependable, mechanically inclined Machine Operators for a fast-paced food manufacturing team in Sparks, NV. Training is provided and new operators receive structured safety mentorship during the first 90 days.

You will set up, operate, and support production machinery, document logs, and assist in training others as experience grows. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; no prior experience required for entry level.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates welcome; training provided.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn are important.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, clean, and support production machinery.
• Monitor equipment and identify issues during production.
• Troubleshoot at the appropriate level and document production logs.
• Pack finished products and seal cases for shipping.
• Follow sanitation, safety, and workplace procedures.
• Cross-train and assist in training other team members.
