Job summary

Doumak, Inc., The Marshmallow Company, is seeking an Extrusion Operator for the 3rd shift at our Bensenville, IL facility. The role focuses on overseeing extrusion to ensure proper size and crust, with teammates assisting changeovers, cleanups, and starch-room maintenance.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with progression to $19, $20, $21, and $22 per hour after each year of service; weekend overtime and double-time pay may apply. Company benefits include medical, dental, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• High School diploma; must read and write English and understand basic math.
• Regularly lift 50 pounds.
• Food manufacturing experience preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Oversee extrusion process to ensure proper size and crust of product.
• Assist with changeovers, cleanup, and maintenance of the starch room.
• Ensure a quality marshmallow is produced and presented to the packaging machines.
