The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions. Starting pay is $22.67–$22.73 per hour with overtime potential; shifts include 2nd and 3rd, with training on the 1st shift, and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Strong communication and ability to work in a team.
• Able to read a tape measure and perform basic math for manufacturing.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a hot, non-climate-controlled environment.
• Willing to work daily overtime, weekends and various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, calibration and operation of manufacturing equipment.
• Monitoring machine operations and production quality to standards.
• Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery as needed.
• Documenting production data and maintenance activities accurately.
• Following safety protocols to promote a safe working environment.
• Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
