Job summary

You will handle production tasks, follow standard work, and contribute to quality and efficiency goals. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new skills.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • 0–2 years of manufacturing, production, or related experience.
  • Basic math and measurement skills.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Experience using hand tools and basic manufacturing equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Operate production equipment in accordance with standard work instructions.
  • Load and unload materials, components, and finished products.
  • Perform assembly, machine operation, packaging, and other manufacturing tasks.
  • Inspect products to ensure they meet quality requirements and specifications.
  • Complete production records and documentation accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S principles.
  • Assist with equipment changeovers and basic setup activities.
  • Monitor equipment performance and report operational, quality, or safety concerns.
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work practices.
  • Support the achievement of daily production, quality, and efficiency goals.

What will you be doing?

Operate production equipment in accordance with standard work instructions

Load and unload materials, components, and finished products

Perform assembly, machine operation, packaging, and other manufacturing tasks

Inspect products to ensure they meet quality requirements and specifications

Complete production records and documentation accurately

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S principles

Assist with equipment changeovers and basic setup activities

Monitor equipment performance and report operational, quality, or safety concerns

Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work practices
