Stone-Bridge-Personnel in Longview, TX is seeking a Machine Operator experienced with Finn press or brake press to join our manufacturing team. You will operate presses, measure parts, read instructions, and maintain safety and quality while lifting up to 50 lbs and working on a fast-paced line.

This role requires reliable teamwork, and adherence to environmental and safety policies. The shift is 1st (Sunday–Wednesday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM) with possible overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Able to read and understand written and verbal Job Instructions.
• Proficient with measuring tools and basic mechanical principles.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Operate Finn press or brake press to meet production standards.
• Troubleshoot issues and report to supervisor.
• Communicate effectively with supervisor and team.
• Maintain safety, quality, and housekeeping in workspace.
• Perform packaging, shipping/receiving, and inventory duties as needed.
• Work on first shift, with potential overtime.

Machine Operator-FINN PRESS/Brake Press

ONLY LOOKING FOR SOMEONE THAT HAS EXPERIENCE RUNNING A FINN PRESS OR BRAKE PRESS MACHINE.

The worker should be able to lift enough weight (50 lbs) to perform his/her job. Ability to operate circular saws, punch press, overhead crane, measure items with measuring tape.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Must communicate well with Supervisor
• Must be able to understand written and verbal Job Instructions
• Must be able to operate equipment as specified in his/ her area
• Must understand the Quality and Environmental Policies Understand plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety training
• Demonstrates ability to meet production standards on specific assignments within required time
• Troubleshoot problems and report issues
• Must work well in team environment
• Performs all assignments in accordance with safety specifications, instructions, and requirements
• Demonstrates ability to meet production standards on specific assignments within required time
• Maintains good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned space
• Responsible for safety and quality throughout production
• Responsible for notifying a Production Lead or Supervisor when they step off the line to ensure safety and quality standards are maintained
• Performs other duties as required by Supervisor or Manager
• Follows all company policies and procedures
• Perform Assembly and keep Inventory
• Picking and Packing/ Shipping and Receiving
• General Warehouse Work

Physical Demands

• Ability to work at a consistent, fast paced cold environment in a repetitive fashion
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Ability to stand for ten (10) or more hours

Qualifications

• Experience working in a Manufacturing Environment
• Ability to accurately use Tape Measure
• Understand basic mechanical principles

Preferred

• Bilingual Spanish/English

Shift

1st Shift: Sunday -Wednesday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

May have to work some overtime.

PAY

$13 - 15 /hr.
