Job summary

ICP Group seeks a Machine/Mill Operator for its Seaford, DE plant. You will set up and monitor equipment for raw materials, run machine controls, and follow SOPs with strict safety compliance. Training is provided; shift runs Monday–Friday 6am–4:30pm, with some Saturdays as needed.

Hourly wage ranges from $20.00 to $22.50, based on experience, with on-the-job training commencing at 7am. Join ICP Group to contribute to high-quality coatings, adhesives and sealants production.

Qualifications

• Follow directions and read policies and training materials.
• Flexible and adaptable; able to change priorities and direction as needed.
• Positive attitude; works well as a team member.
• Must complete safety training and pass evaluation.
• Understanding of lock-out/tag-out procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follows daily scheduled activities as indicated by supervisor.
• Maintains clean and organized work area.
• Operates filler lines and packs products following SOP.
• Ensures correct lot numbers are printed on containers.
• Reports production counts and any issues to supervisor.
• Assists with general labor tasks as needed and trained.
• Carries out safety rules and company policies.
• Supports training of new personnel on equipment safety.
