Job summary

ICP Group in Seaford, DE seeks a Machine Operator to set up and monitor equipment for raw materials and to operate line controls with emphasis on quality and safety, following SOPs.

Responsibilities include packaging setup, maintaining line cleanliness, recording production counts, and assisting filler lines as needed. Shift is Mon–Fri 6:00 am–4:30 pm with some Saturdays; training runs 7:00 am–4:30 pm for about two weeks. Pay is $20.00–$22.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing/factory setting preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Lifts up to 50 lbs and works in a plant environment with variable temperatures.
• Maintains safe work practices and follows SOPs and safety rules.
• Demonstrates problem-solving and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Follows daily scheduled activities as indicated by supervisor.
• Maintains good housekeeping in work area and facility.
• Assists with packaging setup, take down and clean up at fill lines.
• Feeds and operates filler lines following SOP and maintains fill levels.
• Reports problems or unusual situations to supervisor.
• Follows SOPs, company policies and safety regulations.
• Keeps up daily production counts on job sheets.
• Ensures high quality, clean and well-packaged product.
