Job summary

CMC is seeking a production operator in Mesa, AZ to support fabrication and loading of rebar, operate multiple machines, and participate in safety programs. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to read technical materials, with cross-training on several machines.

Qualifications

• Able to work outdoors in all weather
• Read technical documents/service manuals
• Minimum 1 year in heavy industrial environment preferred
• Must lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods

Responsibilities

• Attend training regarding applicable equipment
• Operate production machines per established procedures
• Load fabricated rebar on trailers and unload stock material from trailers
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition
• Cross-train on multiple machines
• Participate in CMC Safety Programs and uphold safety culture
• Operate rebar fabrication equipment such as shears, benders, cranes, forklift, threaders, forging, welders etc.
