Job summary

Deceuninck North America is seeking manufacturing operators for its production lines on a 2-2-3 schedule. Trainee starts at $19.00/hour with potential to advance to Production Tech at $30.00/hour plus shift differential as skills grow. Days and Nights shifts available.

You will follow directions in English, read schematics, monitor lines, and uphold safety and quality standards. Company-paid life insurance, disability, 401(k) match, PTO/holiday, and a collaborative culture are provided.

• Mechanical understanding or willingness to learn; read schematics and prints.
• Ability to monitor multiple manufacturing lines and perform precise measurements.

• Communicate operations information to co-workers; focus on safety, quality, and meeting customer requirements.

Deceuninck North America is a fully integrated design, compounding, tooling, and PVC extrusion company that produces energy-efficient vinyl window and door systems for the building, remodeling and construction industry.

Operators start at $19.00/hour (+$2.00/hour shift differential). Within 1 year you can earn $23.00+/hour (+ shift differential) as you learn new skills and position responsibilities.

Days: 7:45 am to 8:00pm (2-2-3 schedule)

Nights: 7:45 pm to 8:00 am (2-2-3 schedule)

Trainee ($19.00)to Operator C to Operator B to Operator A to Production Tech ($30.00)

What you’ll bring and what you’ll do on the job:

• Ability to follow directions (in writing and verbally provided in English)
• Mechanical understanding, ability, or willingness to learn, how to read schematics and prints
• Ability to monitor multiple manufacturing lines, including stacking and packing products
• Previous manufacturing experience helpful
• Communicate operations information to co-workers
• Focus on safety, quality and meeting customer requirements
• Ability to perform precise measurements using basic math and measuring tools (tape measure, calipers etc.)
