Job summary

D&W Fine Pack is hiring extrusion machine operators in Fort Wayne, IN. You will start and run extrusion equipment, adjust settings, and monitor performance to meet strict processing standards. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and PET experience is considered a plus.

In this function you will perform various production related tasks such as reading job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements. Machine Operator Hours & Key Responsibilities

Shift Times: 7:00 pm-7:30 am (C shifts). Rotating 12-hour shifts with a 3-day weekend every other weekend!
