Job summary

Pro-Active Engineering, Inc. is seeking workers for Surface Mount (SMT) operations in Sun Prairie, WI. The role involves loading and running the surface mount placement machine (Pick and Place) to manufacture printed circuit board assemblies.

Responsibilities include reading production documents, prepping boards, masking, gluing, and programming the screen-printer; loading feeders; verifying BOM data; performing maintenance; and maintaining accurate production counts with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or related field preferred.
• Mydata, Mycronic, and ASM software experience preferred.
• Knowledge of electronic components and equipment.

• Verify component and manufacturing part number accuracy against BOM.

• Keep an accurate count of product at the workstation while inspecting every piece for defects.

40 - Production Full Time Sun Prairie, WI, US

We have immediate openings for individuals with familiarity withSurface Mount (SMT) Operations. These positions load and/or run the Surface Mount Placement machine (Pick and Place) to manufacture printed circuit board assemblies.
