Job summary

Pro-Active Engineering is seeking individuals familiar with Surface Mount Technology (SMT) operations to load and run surface mount placement machines for PCB assembly production.

Responsibilities include reading production documents, prepping boards, loading feeders, verifying BOM numbers, evaluating components, and maintaining machines. Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain product quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• Experience with Mydata, Mycronic and ASM software preferred.
• Knowledge of electronic components and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Keep an accurate count of product at your workstation while inspecting every piece for defects

Job description

We have immediate openings for individuals with familiarity with Surface Mount (SMT) Operations. These positions load and/or run the Surface Mount Placement machine (Pick and Place) to manufacture printed circuit board assemblies.
