Job summary

Trillium Staffing is recruiting for 2nd and 3rd shift Machine Operator in Green Bay, WI to join our client's team. This is a direct hire opportunity with training available on both die cutter and rewinder equipment.

You will set up, run, and maintain converting equipment, perform quality checks, and complete job order paperwork. 1-2+ years machine operating experience preferred; willingness to learn and grow with the company.

Qualifications

Machine Operator needed in Green Bay, WI! Direct Hire!

Trillium Staffing is currently recruiting for a 2nd and 3rd shift Machine Operator to add to our client’s growing team! Willing to train!

The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining our clients converting equipment. They currently have openings on both their die cutter and rewinder machine and are open to training on both!

There is an opening on 2nd and 3rd shift due to additional equipment at our client’s facility and a lot of growth within the company! The 2nd shift schedule is Monday through Friday, 2 pm – 10 pm. The 3rd shift schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 10 pm – 6 am. Wages range based on experience level, $19-$22/hour.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of machine operating experience, strongly preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and setup equipment, preferred.
• Ability to clearly follow instruction and complete job order paperwork.
• Experience conducting quality checks, preferred.
