Job summary

Trillium Staffing in Cudahy, WI is recruiting for a permanent, contract-to-hire Machine Operator on the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm). The role focuses on maintaining production and overseeing converting machinery and line equipment.

Experienced operator assistants encouraged to apply, but the company is willing to train! The Machine Operator position is responsible for maintaining production while overseeing converting machinery and additional line equipment.

Job duties for the Machine Operator:

• Prepare base stock and install as needed
• Monitor machine operation and packaging product accurately and timely
• Maintains communication with supervisors and fellow team members
• Complete appropriate paperwork

This is a permanent, contract to hire Machine Operator role with a great organization in the area. The standard 2nd shift hours are Monday – Friday, 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm. Starting wage ranges based on experience level, $18-20/hour.
