Process Technician needed in Luxemburg, WI! Direct Hire!

Trillium Staffing is currently seeking experienced Process Technicians to join a growing manufacturing team in the area. This is a hands‑on opportunity for a Process Technician who takes pride in ownership, quality, and keeping equipment running at peak performance.

In this role, the Process Technician will be responsible for completing machine changeovers and setups for new production runs, making necessary machine adjustments, troubleshooting equipment issues, and performing quality checks and first‑piece inspections. You will monitor assigned machines throughout production to ensure consistent output and high‑quality standards. This is a full‑time, direct hire position with a well‑established manufacturer that offers in‑house training, strong benefits, and a family‑like work environment.

These roles are for 2nd and 3rd shift Process Technicians.

2nd shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm
3rd shift: Sunday – Thursday, 11:00 pm – 7:00 am

Pay is $24–$28+ per hour based on experience, plus a $1.25 per hour shift premium.
