Job summary

Trillium Staffing is seeking an experienced Flexographic Machine Operator in Green Bay, Wisconsin, to maintain production on the press while overseeing quality, safety, preventative maintenance, and other line equipment. The operator conducts quality checks, performs basic troubleshooting, handles setups/changeovers, and assists with training junior operators.

This is a full-time, direct-hire role with two shifts available: 2nd shift 2 pm–10 pm and 3rd shift 10 pm–6 am.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of flexographic machine operator experience.
• HP certification is a plus.
• Basic math and measuring skills.
• Experience conducting quality checks.
• Willingness to cross-train on shop equipment and machinery.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare base stock and install in the unwind as needed.
• Monitor machine operation and packaging product accurately and timely.
• Safely setup press and plates with supplies as required per job order.
• Maintains communication with supervisors and fellow team members.
• Conduct routine quality checks throughout the production run.

Trillium Staffing is currently seeking an experienced FlexographicMachine Operatorto add toour client’s growing team in Green Bay!

The Flexographic Machine Operator position will be responsible for maintaining production of the press while overseeing quality, safety, preventative maintenance,and additional line equipment. The Machine Operator conducts quality checks, completesbasic machine troubleshooting, setups/changeovers, and will assist with training assistant operators.

Additional Job duties:

• Prepare base stock and install in the unwind as needed.
• Monitor machine operation and packaging product accurately and timely.
• Safely setup press and plates with supplies as required per job order.
• Maintains communication with supervisors and fellow team members.
• Conduct routine quality checks throughout the production run.

This is a full-time, direct hire role, with a great organization in the area!They have an opening on 2nd shift and 3rd shift.The standard 2nd shift hours are Monday through Friday, 2 pm - 10 pm and the standard 3rd shift hoursare Sunday through Thursday, 10 pm - 6 am.The starting wages are based on experience level, $27-35/hour.
