Job summary

Production Castings, Inc. is hiring dependable Machine Operators for our Fenton manufacturing facility. No prior die casting experience is required, and training will be provided to help you grow within our operation.

We offer 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts with 4-day work weeks; full benefits, and weekly pay. You will operate production equipment, monitor processes, inspect parts, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• No prior die casting experience required.
• Willing to receive training to grow skills and advance within the operation.
• Candidates should be mechanically inclined, dependable and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment including trim presses, Wheelabrator, and burnishing equipment.
• Load, unload, and monitor manufacturing equipment to keep production running smoothly.
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Perform routine equipment checks, cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
• Identify and report equipment, quality, or production issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow safety procedures.
