Job summary

The role supports packing, end-of-line tasks, and continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on safety and quality.

Shifts available: 1st and 2nd with overtime as required. Starting pay is $21.36 per hour, with a $1.00 premium for the 2nd shift and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; must be 18+
• Prior experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery of the assigned department to complete work orders.
• Receive and review work orders; communicate material requirements to other departments.
• Monitor machine operation for optimal performance & safety compliance.
• Perform hazard-based tasks including lock out/tag out and daily inspections.
• Assist with packing and end-of-line work as needed; trouble-shoot operational issues.
• Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives on the production floor.
