Job summary

Carlisle Companies Incorporated in Mead, NE is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to operate machinery, assist with packing, and support end-of-line tasks. You will review work orders, communicate material needs, and help maintain quality alongside peers in a fast-paced environment.

Overtime and weekend hours may be required. Starting pay is $21.36 per hour with a $1 shift differential on the 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to complete assigned work orders.
• Review and communicate material requirements between departments.
• Maintain safety and quality standards during production.
• Record data for quality control and improvement.
