Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a motivated Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will set up and run plastic molding machines, monitor performance, and perform routine maintenance.

You will inspect finished products, adjust settings as needed, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a clean, safe work environment. You will also contribute to on-time production by maintaining materials, communicating issues, and adhering to safety protocols in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

You'll Be A Great Fit If You Have:

• Previous experience operating plastic molding machinespreferred.
• Strong understanding of plastic manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Mechanical training/aptitude and technical training on packaging, plastics and printing equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
