Job summary

Pretium Packaging in Carrollton, TX is hiring a production Machine Operator to set up and operate plastic molding machines, monitor performance, and adjust controls to keep output within quality specs.

You will perform routine maintenance, inspect finished products, troubleshoot issues, manage raw material inventory, and follow safety protocols in a clean, organized work area, with other duties as assigned.

• Set up and operate plastic molding machines to established procedures.
• Monitor machines during operation and adjust as necessary to maintain proper functioning.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect finished products for quality and make adjustments as necessary.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during production.
• Maintain inventory of raw materials and notify supervisor when supplies need replenished.
• Follow established safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
