Job summary

Grimco in Owensville, MO is seeking a Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will operate shear presses, pneumatic presses, and CNC routers to produce custom aluminum blanks and signage, while prioritizing safety and quality.

You will assist the Supervisor, monitor workflow, manage inventory, and inspect parts for conformance. Strong math, reading drawings, and tape measure skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience required.
• Must demonstrate the physical ability to perform tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
• Must be capable of communicating effectively with production team and department supervisors.
• Must be able to read and interpret design drawings.
• Strong math and computer skills.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Safety conscious at all times.
• Ability to interact with individuals from all backgrounds.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities
