Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machine tools to produce precision-machined components.
• Work with HAAS Vertical Mills, HAAS Lathes, and Okuma Lathes.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met.
• Measure and verify dimensions and tolerances using precision instruments.
• Make machine and tooling adjustments as needed.
• Perform drilling, tapping, turning, milling, deburring, sanding, and other machining operations.
• Complete production documentation and quality records.
• Maintain tooling and machine lubrication requirements.
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Assist with training and supporting team members as needed.
