Job summary

WEG is hiring for a Machine Operator (2nd Shift) to run coil-producing equipment for transformers. The role involves reading BOMs and drawings, operating the coil machine, and brazing wires while adhering to strict quality standards.

Requirements

Basic:

• Ability to work within the WEG Code of Ethics & Values. (WEG Code of Ethics, 4th Edition)
• Able to work over-time as needed.
• Resides or plans to reside within reasonable commuting distance--no relocation assistance available.
• Has current work authorization for employment in the United States.

Preferred:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Two years prior manufacturing experience.
• ACT WorkKeys National Career Readiness Certification (NCRC): Platinum or Gold Level.
