Sauder Manufacturing Co. in Archbold, Ohio is hiring for Machine Operator roles at multiple levels, including entry level and CNC opportunities. Shifts: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM and 3:00 PM–11:00 PM.

Responsibilities include machine setup, tooling changes, reading blueprints, data entry, and maintaining safety and quality. Candidates should be detail oriented, able to lift up to 50 lbs, read and follow instructions, use basic hand and power tools, train others, and participate in 5S and daily cleaning.

Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented and capable of accurate work.
• Read, write and follow instructions in a manufacturing setting.
• Able to read blueprints or markers and perform complex parts processes.

Responsibilities

• Complex machine setup, tooling changes and changeovers.
• Machine troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Enter detailed program data for complex parts and processes.
• Use complex measurement tools and interpret blueprints.
