Gupta Permold Corp is hiring for Machine Operators and Entry-Level Manufacturing Workers. Join a world-class aluminum foundry and contribute to production with hands-on mechanical work.

This full-time role on a 3rd shift (11:30pm - 8:00am) offers starting pay of $18.25 per hour with union benefits, no weekend work, and potential overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery and manufacturing equipment
• Load raw materials and support machine setup and operation
• Perform quality inspection using basic measuring and visual checks
• Grind, trim, and finish metal castings and parts
• Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production schedules

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, or mechanical repair
• Background in production, warehouse, assembly, fabrication, or industrial work
• Understanding of blueprints, work instructions, or quality control processes
• Experience with CNC machines, machining, or manufacturing equipment

Qualifications:

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
