SUMMARY OF POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITY:

The CNC Operator at Allied Stone Inc. is a crucial team member responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machinery to precisely cut and shape materials for use in various applications. This role demands a skilled and detail-oriented individual with a focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency in CNC machining.

Essential Functions:

• Operate CNC machinery to cut and shape materials according to project specifications.
• Ensure accurate measurement and cutting of materials to meet design requirements.
• Inspect and maintain cutting tools, machinery, and equipment for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the production team to prioritize and fulfill orders efficiently.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and maintain a secure working environment.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper disposal of waste.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Conduct quality checks on machined products to verify conformance to specifications.
• Troubleshoot and address minor machinery issues as they arise.

• Proficient in operating CNC machinery and tools.

Preferred Education and Experience:
