Our dairy cooperative is seeking a regular, full-time Butter Machine Operator. This is a full time (40 hours/week), 2nd shift (3:00 pm- 11:00 pm) position. It offers a base rate pay range of $27.02/hr. - $29.08/hr. per hour plus 7% shift differential. This position also offers eligibility for rate increases every 6 months for the first 18 months of employment. There are also ample opportunities for advancement with this entry level position.
The Butter Operator will operate butter packaging equipment, follow and understand production schedule, maintain facility in a sanitary manner, including Clean-in-Place (CIP) washing of equipment and cleaning of walls, floors and ceilings. Restock butter packaging materials to meet production and maintain materials in an appropriate, orderly fashion.

Preferred candidates would have current or previous machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience in the food industry would be a plus for any candidate.
