Job summary

Agri-Mark/Cabot Creamery is hiring full-time 12-hour shift Operators (4pm–4am) in a fast-paced dairy production environment. Starting wage is $27.72 per hour with 7–10% night differential, and a 4-on/4-off rotation.

You will support multiple production lines—cheese, whey, and milk receiving—becoming cross-trained to cover key tasks, maintain accurate records, and uphold safety standards. We offer tuition reimbursement, a 401(k) match, and generous paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support cheese line and packaging for bulk cheddar.
• Operate whey packaging, unload and handle bulk whey powders.
• Receive milk shipments, unload from tanker trucks, height work.
• Put away bulk cheddar into coolers and maintain production records.

Agri-Mark/Cabot Creamery has full-time (40 hours/week) openings as a third shift 12 hour (4pm - 4am) Operator. $27.72 starting rate with 7-10% night differential added to base pay. Schedule for the 12 hour shift is a 4-on-4-off rotation. Eligible for increases every 6 months for the first two years of employment.

This position works as part of a team, in an advance level capacity and will be cross trained in several production positions. The position will require the selected employee to cover a mix of the following as determined by production needs:

• Cheese Line Operator
  • Packaging bulk cheddar (ability to lift/push/pull 50lbs, repetitively).
• Whey Packaging Operator
  • Packaging bulk whey powders (ability to lift 50lbs, repetitively). Forklift operation required.
• Milk Receiving
  • Unloading milk from tanker trucks. Working on top of trucks/Ok with heights required
• Working with cheese line to put away all bulk cheddar into coolers.

A key role within this position is to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and provide guidance to trainees and co-workers. Ensuring accurate records are maintained properly is essential. Must have demonstrated solid judgment abilities. Work flexibility is a must.
