Job summary

Altium Packaging in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Machine Operator to run blow-mold, PET, and injection molding machines and support equipment. You will troubleshoot processes, perform minor maintenance, and adhere to GMP and safety practices on a 12-hour B shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Responsibilities include operating equipment, inspecting bottles for quality, maintaining records, and supporting continuous improvement efforts across the plant.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience.
• Blow mold experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines to ensure production of quality bottles.
• Troubleshoot process problems and perform minor maintenance.
• Follow GMP and safety policies and wear PPE.
• Inspect bottles for quality and perform audits and quality checks.
• Prepare daily production reports and document line efficiencies.
• Move finished goods and ensure correct labeling and packaging.
