Job summary

Catania Oils in Ayer, MA is seeking a Blow Mold Operator to join our legacy-driven team. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting, enjoy solving problems, and want to contribute to quality and sustainability, this is your moment.

You will set up and operate blow molding machinery, monitor temperatures and timings, inspect products, and help reuse scrap by regrinding excess material. A high school diploma and 1+ year relevant experience are expected, with ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience operating blow mold machines.
• 1+ year in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate blow molding machinery according to specifications.
• Monitor machine settings, temperature, and timing for optimal performance.
• Trim, inspect, and regrind excess material for reuse.
• Ensure product quality and accuracy through weighing and visual checks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area.
