Job summary

Staffing Synergies Inc. is seeking a dependable Machine Operator to safely operate a baler and process recyclable materials at our Neenah, WI facility. The role offers a daytime 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with overtime and occasional weekends.

You will produce neat bales, maintain production records, and may operate a forklift as needed while following GMPs and safety procedures. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Staffing Synergies is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Machine Operator to safely operate a baler machine and process recyclable plastic and corrugated materials. Location: 1655 Bergstrom Road, Neenah, WI 54956
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with overtime and weekends as needed

What You'll Do

• Operate a baler machine to safely and efficiently compress plastic and corrugated waste materials.
• Produce neat, secure bales while following established procedures.
• Carefully hand-tie bale wires to secure finished bales.
• Complete baler reports accurately and maintain consistent production records.
• Operate a forklift safely when needed.
• Follow work instructions, company policies, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Keep the work area organized and handle equipment carefully.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while supporting team goals.
• Communicate attendance concerns to your supervisor and Human Resources.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and report hazards or equipment concerns.
