Job summary

Staffing Synergies Inc. is seeking a dependable Machine Operator to safely operate a baler and process recyclable materials at our Neenah, WI facility. The role offers a daytime 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with overtime and occasional weekends.

You will produce neat bales, maintain production records, and may operate a forklift as needed while following GMPs and safety procedures. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Able to read and follow written instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Willing to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate a baler to compress waste materials safely and efficiently.
• Produce neat, secure bales and hand-tie bale wires.
• Complete baler reports and maintain production records.
• Operate a forklift safely when needed.
• Follow GMPs and workplace safety procedures.
• Keep the work area organized.
