Job summary

Avanti Group in Clarksville, TN is hiring an entry-level Baler/Loader for our manufacturing facility. You will perform physical work including bending, lifting, baling scrap, unloading material, and keeping work areas clean. Starting pay is $13.00 per hour plus bonuses.

Shifts are 8–9 hours, with 2nd shift options (3:00 PM–11:00 PM or 4:00 PM–12:00 AM) and occasional weekends. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, a company-paid life policy, a 401(k) plan with Safe Harbor,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to bend, lift, reach, and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical work including bending, lifting, and baling scrap material
• Unload bags of material using a resin unloading machine
• Operate a baling machine to process materials
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas
• Remove trash and recyclable materials
• Cut pallets as needed
• Assist with general facility maintenance
• Perform snow removal when required
• Other duties as assign
• No computer knowledge required
