The KS Large Bore Pistons Group is one of the world’s leading designers and manufacturers of large-bore pistons. We offer perfect solutions for pistons with diameters ranging from 130 to 640mm. Our pistons are made of aluminum, spheroidal graphite iron or steel as well as combinations of these materials for all customer applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate two machines on the SteelteKS piston line.
• Load and unload parts into the SteelteKS washer and operate the washer.
• Perform daily preventative maintenance, machine care and cleaning activities according to CIL Standards.
• As required load and unload Manganese Phosphate finished parts.
• Complete and maintain all paperwork, records, documents, etc. as required.
  
  

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma, equivalent, or relevant experience
• Basic math experience
• Ability to perform the operation sequence of processes using standard instructions
• Ability to obtain a forklift license by KSLP standards
• Manufacturing experience, ability to read blueprints, and hand gauges is ideal
